welp, after the server hosting this site shit the bed last week, i had to be resourceful in rummaging together another one and was able to successfully do so for less than $100!

now, after some testing and hammering on this new lil guy, this site and a handful of others are live, once again, along with some tertiary services to prevent that type of outage from occurring again.
